Exceptional experiences create exceptional impact.

For Leaders

  • In this 6-week program, leaders will engage in training sessions developed to cultivate specific skills, coaching sessions aimed at accelerating application, and a personality assessment to increase self-awareness.

  • Whether a leader needs a “quick hit” of coaching (~6 weeks to work through something specific) or needs more “behavior change” in their leadership (~6+ months to experiment and create true change), all coaching is pragmatic, relevant, and individualized to the leader’s unique needs.

  • Customized to time and place, the training sessions are designed and delivered to hone in on relevant skills, realistic application, real-world stories and examples, and easy-to-remember frameworks.

  • Not all leaders get the feedback they need and want from their team members. This proven system and approach gathers input, collects data, unearths nuances, and provides the leader with comprehensive and anonymous feedback that they need to hear to be more effective.

For Teams

  • Team effectiveness sessions are designed to increase the understanding of each team member’s unique style while finding synergies and similarities in communication styles and approaches. Using the Enneagram as the guide, the session will help team members deepen their relationships and form agreements for working norms and behavioral standards.

  • When an intact team gets a new leader, some very intentional work needs to be done to ensure the team is ready for change and that the leader understands the team he/she is getting. A New Leader Assimilation process allows the team to continue with what made them successful, while adapting to a new leader’s style and approach. It also helps the leader accelerate the time it takes to get acclimated to a new team so they can be successful sooner.

  • All teams go through rough patches. This program is designed to get the team back on track. Each intervention incorporates input and data from every team member through surveys and one-on-one conversations, in order to tailor the experience to the team’s current and specific challenges.

For Organizations

  • Culture can be hard to describe, but it is always felt. This process helps put words and actions and behaviors behind the feelings, so the culture can be defined, activated, and measured. Defining what it is allows organizations and leaders to leverage it as the true differentiator it can be.

  • Defining a culture is a great start, but isn’t quite complete. Putting some values up on a wall is cute, but doesn’t inspire real behavior change. Operationalizing your culture means that we put the culture into practice by defining who we want to recruit, how we want to promote people, how decisions are made, and more. Embedding values and culture into the everyday experience means that the culture can scale, can be sustained, and can be measured.

  • For small companies, getting the timing “right” for when to hire your talent management staff is tricky. It’s too important to have no one, but hiring full time folks too early may have you investing beyond your needs. So outsourcing this role as a fractional extension of your team can be the important bridge that helps you move through stages of rapid or not-so-rapid growth.

Beta Mode:
HR Strategy Accelerator

The Strategy Accelerator is a facilitated 5-day process that moves a group through all phases of strategy creation…quickly.

While still in beta mode (aka - needs to be piloted), the process is designed for small to medium sized companies who are moving quickly and want a more agile approach to strategy development.

Using the Enneagram Assessment

The Enneagram is a powerful, scientifically validated framework that helps people unearth their truest motivations and deepens their self-awareness by making sense of why we do the things we do. It is a personality assessment that goes beyond behavior and preference and into worldview, motivators, and fears.

  • Intro to Enneagram Workshop

This is a 3-hour workshop designed to give participants an overview of the Enneagram, some exploration into each personality type, strengths and weaknesses of each number, and strategies for how best to work with colleagues of different types.

  • Enneagram for Teams

This is a half-day session designed for intact teams to broaden their understanding of the unique styles and differentiating characteristics that exist on the team, and how these differences show up in communication, leadership, team cohesiveness, and more.

“Kristen is not only a creative and exceedingly credible thought partner in team and organizational dynamics, she also has the unique ability to take on something seemingly complex and make it simple. Across every engagement Kristen brought relevant and succinct approaches, levity in her style, and most importantly noticeable impact.”
